Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be included.
  • Items must not show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Method

All returns are handled by mail only. We do not accept in-store returns for online purchases at this time.

Return Label

A prepaid return shipping label is included in every package.

To return an item:

  1. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
  2. Attach the prepaid return label.
  3. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location listed on the label.

If you've misplaced the return label, please contact us to request a new one.

Return Shipping Costs

If the customer placed the wrong order, selected the wrong size, color, or product, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your package was damaged during delivery, please take clear photos of the damaged package and items and send them directly to our customer service team.

Claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Without proof of damage, we cannot issue a refund, credit note, or replacement.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee. Returns are completely free of charge for qualifying items.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, please place a new order and return the original item following our return process.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible during business hours.
